Finding Community Through an Unexpected Journey
For Nicole Chase-Logan, Christmas Day brought an unexpected and frightening turn.
After experiencing unexplained bleeding, Nicole was admitted to the hospital. What followed was a series of tests that led to a life-changing diagnosis: Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
Soon after, Nicole began participating in a clinical trial at Roswell Park as part of her treatment. As she faced the challenges of treatment and an uncertain road ahead, having a comfortable and supportive place to stay became an important part of her journey.
That place was Kevin Guest House.
Throughout her treatment, Kevin Guest House provided Nicole with more than a place to sleep. It gave her a comfortable place to call home while she focused her energy on treatment, appointments, and taking things one day at a time.
