The Kevin Guest House campus is comprised of four buildings in the heart of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and can serve guests in these beautifully restored homes in a variety of rooms based on your need and availability. Learn more about Kevin’s story and our history.

Our campus is comprised of four buildings including: 

Main Blue Victorian

Named the Garvey Family & Friends House, this grand Victorian home built in 1860 can accommodate up to 20 guests in 10 various rooms and is also where our Resident Manager resides.

Red Brick Victorian

Named the Russell J. Salvatore Hospitality House, this beautifully restored family style Victorian built in 1881 includes two additional transplant recovery apartments and four larger family suites.

Yellow Brick House

Our yellow brick transplant recovery building that includes two spacious apartments typical reserved for larger families and bone marrow transplant patients.

Blue Carriage House

The original garage converted for space, our blue carriage house is slightly smaller and includes two transplant recovery apartments, including one which is handicap accessible.
