Free Parking is available in the Buffalo Medical Group lot.  Enter at 85 High St.  Look for signs to direct you.  Overflow parking is available at the Roswell Park Foundation lot at 901 Washington St. (corner of Ellicott & Carlton Streets) enter on Carlton St.

Adrian Bylewski’s career as a chef has included working in kitchens that range from Hutch’s and Buffalo Chophouse to his own restaurant on Elmwood Avenue and even a private gig in Qatar. Working with Curate Hospitality on pop-up style dinners, Bylewski, 33, who left his job as executive chef at the Chophouse for an opportunity to cook in Qatar as well as a catering gig for a Grand Prix event. Now while working on plans to open another restaurant of his own & as a chef in residence gig in late December at Milton’s at Statler. But he said he likes the opportunity to make new connections through Curate. “You never know who you’re going to meet, who’s going to support you and come to your restaurant,” he said.

Bylewski is now hosting farm to table exclusive meals with Stillwater Farms, Crown Hill Farm and catering at Statler events, Adrian is working towards opening his restaurant Cast & Coal soon.
