What To Expect

Loved one staying with us are undergoing some of the most difficult days. It is of utmost importance to us that guests staying at the Kevin Guest House are comfortable in our communal environment. 


Each room includes: sheets, coverlets, blankets and pillows, bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Guests also have access to: fully equipped kitchen, pantry staples, refrigeration, computer access, free Wi-Fi, washers/dryers, complimentary laundry supplies, free parking.

Transportation and Parking

Roswell Park Cancer Institute and Kaleida Health provide transportation to and from the hospitals via their security service. If you need help getting to our facility from a local hospital, you may reach out to security staff on the hospital site.


We are fortunate to have wonderful companies, churches, civic groups and individual volunteers provide meals for our guests periodically. You are welcome to bring personal food items that can be housed in our shared kitchen.

Social Support

We know that this is a very difficult time for you and we have created this home with you in mind. You can expect to meet some incredible families; some would like to share their story with you; some listen to you; others would like privacy and we value that as well.


For a $25 donation per person, per night, we are able to offer a pleasant stay in the heart of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. If possible, please pay prior to each night’s stay.  If you need financial assistance, please speak with the House Manager.

What We Expect

There are many common areas that are shared among the guests. As we do not have a full-time cleaning staff, we kindly ask that you pitch in and clean up after yourself and your family in these common areas and in your room during your stay.

The suggested donation is $25.00 per night, per person for lodging in the Main House. Bone Marrow apartments can be reserved through the Social Work Department at Roswell Park Cancer Institute

Kevin Guest House is the only option that welcomes families and patients of any age and for any type of treatment at all area hospitals including Roswell Park, Kaleida, ECMC and Catholic Health facilities.
