Seeking a new Resident Manager, several Weekend & Relief Coordinators & a part-time Housekeeper

Resident Manager Full-time position: Primary on-site management of Western New York healthcare hospitality house during the weekday evening and overnight shifts (weekend supervision), pay is minimum wage but includes on-site living accommodations (required) and includes single healthcare & other benefits such as parking & utilities. This evening & on-call overnight work schedule during week has additional off-site on-call supervision of Weekend & Relief Coordinators who cover Saturday & Sunday shifts. Basic work includes guest registration & troubleshooting, light housekeeping & maintenance and data entry and reporting work.

Weekday: M- F (5pm to 11pm) On-call overnight stay (11pm to 7:00am; office until 8:00am). Weekend: Sat (7am to 10am) onsite; On-call off site supervision of weekend relief staff thru Monday 8am. Flexible schedule to trade weekend shifts with relief staff Friday thru Monday.
- Coordinates on-site house operations in evening, office & adminstrative duties
- Primary guest services and volunteer supervision
- Basic accounting role and manages daily evening/weekend operations
- Basic housekeeping & maintenance required
- Assist with gift processing & database entry
- Weekend Staff coordination & training of guest relations support
Additionally, we are seeking several weekend & relief coordinators to rotate work on the weekend shifts with our other 3 coordinators to assist guests in the evening, mornings & overnight.
